What to plant in your wheelbarrow: Edible Blooms
1. Mint l 2. Basil l 3. Rosemary
Tip :: It’s important not to plant too many varieties in the one wheelbarrow as they like to spread their leafy wings (especially mint).
What to plant in your wheelbarrow: Cute and Country
1. Star Jasmine l 2. Lavender l 3. Petunias
Tip :: I love using hardy ground cover (such as Star Jasmine) as it grows beautifully anywhere and gives colour and scent to your wheelbarrow all year round.
1. Cactus l 2. Succulents l 3. Air plants (Old man’s beard)
Tip :: Read the varietal instructions on maintaining these lil guys as some succulents don’t require too much water or attention. You don’t wanna over water!
